


Unit 4: Applied Telematics Coaching Workshop
The Applied Telematics Coaching Workshop is a practical, one-day evidence-based programme designed to develop coaching skills for your fleet safety team.
Delegates develop the skills to increase driver self-awareness of the antecedents to unsafe decisions and engage drivers in taking greater responsibility for risk. By the end of the workshop, delegates will be confident in applying coaching techniques to translate telematics scores and events into meaningful driver coaching conversations to engage drivers, support behavioural change, and contribute to measurable reductions in fleet risk.

Accreditation and Certification

The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) as a professional member organisation providing a route to Chartership for Human Factors specialists and Ergonomists. Delegates complete short exercises and a multiple choice assessment and will be awarded a CIEHF accredited certificate on completion.
