Many telematics companies offer in-vehicle data recorders claiming exceptional results but increasingly organizations need advice on whether the system is providing safety benefits in a sustainable way. We have analysed telematics algorithms and identified whether the formula is appropriate for identifying driver risk. Since 2015, Lisa has worked with The Floow to create FloowCoach, a twelve-week phone-based driver education programme to coach drivers towards safer driving using telematics scores. In collaboration with The Floow and DLG, Lisa won the First Car Young Driver Safety Award: Private Sector of the year award with Direct Line Insurance and The Floow in 2020.
