Improving road user behaviour is often very difficult. Our consultancy service includes the selection of a range of evidence-based methods and techniques in the design of effective interventions for managing road risk. In 2019 we helped Dorset Police convert their classroom-based Driver Awareness Scheme to an online course design for drivers committing a road traffic offence as an alternative to a fixed penalty notice.
